Wheat Kolos Myronivshchyny

Predictable performance in the field

When working with the "Kolos Myronivshchyny" winter wheat variety, you quickly recognize the signature of the Myronivka Institute of Wheat. This variety is designed for farmers who prioritize consistency over risky experiments. It requires no complex field maintenance: it shows uniform germination and stable development throughout the entire season, allowing for precise planning of fertilizer and seed application rates.

Field operation and maintenance

From an operator's perspective, handling this variety is straightforward and efficient. With a height of 90–100 cm, the plants demonstrate excellent lodging resistance. This is a massive advantage during the harvest season: you won't lose time fighting with flat crops, and combine header losses are kept to an absolute minimum.

• Phytosanitary resilience: The variety carries strong genetic resistance against key threats, including leaf rust, powdery mildew, septoria, and Fusarium head blight. This translates directly into cost savings on fungicides, as the crop maintains health even under moderate disease pressure.
• Harvest efficiency: The stem structure is perfectly balanced for modern machinery. The crop flows smoothly through the threshing mechanisms, and straw distribution is uniform, ensuring your equipment operates at peak performance without unnecessary downtime.

If you are looking for a reliable, "workhorse" variety that handles environmental stress well and eliminates the need for expensive emergency pesticide applications, this wheat is a solid asset for your production cycle.
