This variety is characterized by ultra-early maturity and large, high-quality grain with a red hue. The vegetation period lasts 278–288 days. The ear is large, 10–12 cm long, dense, spindle-shaped, white in color, with short awns. Plant height reaches 85–90 cm, with a compact plant form. The 1000-grain weight ranges from 45 to 50 grams. Kharkivska 41 belongs to the group of strong wheats and exhibits comprehensive resistance to diseases. It is highly winter-hardy and belongs to the steppe ecological group. It is drought-resistant to both soil and air, and highly heat-tolerant. Thanks to these qualities, the variety can be sown in January–February and demonstrates stable yields. In variety trials, average yields in the steppe zone amounted to 59.5 centners per hectare, in the forest-steppe zone — 65.5 centners per hectare, with a maximum production potential up to 150 centners per hectare. This makes Kharkivska 41 a promising choice for cultivation under various climatic conditions. Wheat Kharkivska 41 is a valuable food product, rich in proteins (up to 22%), carbohydrates, fats, vitamins, and minerals. High grain quality ensures a healthy and stable yield with proper care. This variety is widely used in the production of wheat flour, bread, and other wheat-based products, confirming its importance in the agricultural sector and food industry.
