The plant is of medium height, with spindle-shaped or white ears and large oval red grain. The variety has a medium-early maturity period and plasticity, which allows it to be successfully cultivated on various crop backgrounds and after non-arable predecessors in the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polesye zones, as well as in the North Caucasus, Lower Volga, and Central Black Earth regions. DONSKAYA LIRA exhibits high resistance to lodging, drought and heat tolerance, as well as increased frost-winter hardiness, making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions.
