Wheat CH Rubli

German precision in your fields: Working with CH Rubli

Selecting a wheat variety often boils down to a balance between potential yield and reliability. The CH Rubli variety from Deutsche Saatveredelung is a prime example of how German genetics translate into predictable performance. In the field, the plant stands at a compact height of 60-70 cm, which is a major advantage for farmers worried about lodging. Even under heavy rain during the grain-filling stage, the crop remains upright, making the harvest much smoother and minimizing machine losses.

Phytosanitary health and cost efficiency

What truly sets CH Rubli apart is its natural resilience. The variety exhibits strong resistance to yellow rust and handles powdery mildew effectively. For an operator, this translates into a more flexible fungicide application schedule. You spend less time and money fighting infections, allowing you to focus on other agronomic aspects of your operation.

Grain quality you can count on

Post-harvest, the grain consistently meets standard requirements, with gluten content typically ranging between 25-30%. It is a predictable variety that responds well to standard agricultural practices without requiring overly complex management. It delivers well-filled, uniform kernels that are easy to process at the elevator.

• Structural integrity: The short stem provides excellent lodging resistance, simplifying harvest operations.
• Disease resistance: Strong natural defense against rust and mildew reduces the chemical load.
• Proven lineage: Backed by Deutsche Saatveredelung, focusing on both yield and quality consistency.

In short, if your priority is a hassle-free growing season with stable grain parameters and efficient harvest logistics, CH Rubli is a solid addition to your crop rotation.
