CH Rubli wheat is a high-quality cereal variety with excellent drought resistance and high yield, making it particularly suitable for cultivation in southern regions. Early heading and maturity allow for a stable and high yield. Plants reach an average height of about 70 cm, and the grain belongs to the second quality class with high thousand-grain weight and average grain number per ear. The variety shows resistance to several diseases, including powdery mildew and yellow rust, which helps maintain yield and grain quality. CH Rubli wheat is widely used not only in agriculture but also in fishing, where thermally processed grains are used as a standalone product or combined with other cereals and dry mixes. Thanks to its aromatic and flavor qualities, wheat effectively attracts and retains fish, especially crucian carp, bream, roach, and carp, making it a popular bait among professional and amateur anglers. Additionally, the variety exhibits high baking qualities: grain protein content is 13.5–14.7%, raw gluten content is 28.7–31.5%, and flour strength reaches 320–410 units. The loaf volume from 100 g of flour is 1100–1210 ml, confirming the excellent quality of the flour and bread. With proper agronomy, CH Rubli ensures high-quality grain with good resistance to lodging and shattering, making it a profitable and reliable choice for farmers.
