The Acapella soft winter wheat variety is a mid-early and mid-height variety with high yield potential. It is characterized by lodging resistance, winter hardiness, and drought tolerance, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in the Central Black Earth and North Caucasus regions. The 1000-kernel weight ranges from 35 to 47 grams, and the vegetation period lasts from 217 to 289 days. The plant has a semi-erect bush, a pyramid-shaped ear of medium length with long awns at the end, and a weak waxy coating.

The Acapella variety is characterized by moderate resistance to such diseases as brown rust, powdery mildew, and yellow rust, which contributes to maintaining crop health and stable yields. The variety's winter hardiness is above average, comparable to the level of the Don 107 variety. Thanks to its good and excellent baking qualities, this variety is suitable for producing high-quality flour and bakery products.

Yield varies by region: in the North Caucasus region, it reaches 51.3 centners per hectare, in the Central Black Earth region — 60.3 centners per hectare, and the maximum yield can reach 109.1 centners per hectare. The variety is recommended for cultivation after all predecessors, which ensures flexibility in crop rotation and promotes efficient use of the crop rotation.
