Bettollo F1 beet is resistant to leaf diseases, ensuring stable and high yields ranging from 3.5 to 6.2 kg per square meter, with a marketable product output of up to 98%. The roots of Bettollo beet are round with a smooth surface, measuring 8-12 cm in diameter and weighing 130-260 grams. The skin is thin and dense, the flesh is dark burgundy, free of radial rings, giving the vegetable an attractive appearance. The beet has a rich flavor with moderate sweetness, high sugar content (BRIX 10.2%) and dry matter (13.3%), making it particularly valuable for fresh consumption and processing.
