Table Beet Roditi

Roditi F1 table beet is a medium-early hybrid of Dutch selection by the company Rijk Zwaan, intended for cultivation in hot agro-climatic conditions, especially in southern regions of Ukraine. The vegetation period ranges from 105 to 115 days from sowing, with a recommended seeding rate of approximately 500,000 seeds per hectare. The plant is characterized by high productivity, strong stem, and robust leafy canopy, ensuring resistance to high temperatures and solar activity, as well as adaptability to various growing conditions. The hybrid is resistant to bolting and disease-free, significantly simplifying agronomy and improving crop quality.

The roots of Roditi beet have a round, nearly spherical shape, with smooth and dense dark burgundy skin. The weight of one root is approximately 350 grams. The flesh is rich red in color, free of light rings, voids, or fibers, indicating high fruit quality. The beet has a pleasant taste with mild sweetness and crisp texture. Due to its ability to accumulate significant amounts of beneficial micro- and macroelements, this variety is not only tasty but also nutritious.
