VIROVSKAYA SINGLE-SEED

Viurovskaya single-seed is a mid-season beetroot variety with a ripening period of 110-120 days. The plant is characterized by an upright rosette of leaves, and the root has an oval-flat shape and weighs from 150 to 310 grams. The beetroot flesh is saturated red, juicy and contains a high amount of dry matter, which ensures excellent taste qualities.

This variety is distinguished by high sugar content and good disease resistance, making it universal for cultivation in various climatic conditions. Viurovskaya single-seed is suitable for a wide range of culinary processing, including the preparation of vitamin juices, canning and freezing. When freezing, the roots retain their valuable nutritional properties.
