Voivode

Table beet variety Voivode is a mid-season, high-yield hybrid intended for cultivation in open ground. The vegetation period ranges from 90 to 120 days, depending on growing conditions. This variety is distinguished by resistance to bolting, cercosporosis, and pests, ensuring stable yields and high product quality.

The roots of Voivode beet are round or cylindrical in shape and have a deep red color. The average weight of one root is 200–250 grams, with a diameter of about 5–6 cm. The beet has excellent flavor qualities — it is juicy and crisp, suitable for both fresh consumption and processing.

The variety is recommended for long-term storage, with a storage period of up to 5–6 months, making it convenient for fresh market sales and use in the food industry. The seeding rate is 500–550 thousand seeds per hectare, which helps achieve high-quality and consistent yields.
