Ruby Boy

Ruby Boy F1 is a medium-early hybrid of table beet that matures in an average of 100-105 days after germination. It is distinguished by high adaptability to various climatic conditions and resistance to cercospora, ensuring a stable yield. The plant has a small leaf canopy, which simplifies care and harvest.

The beets of Ruby Boy have a round shape with a diameter of 8–10 cm, uniform dark red color without radial rings, and each root weighs up to 250 grams. The beet flesh is juicy and flavorful, making this hybrid popular for fresh consumption as well as processing. When subjected to thermal treatment, the beet retains excellent texture, expanding its culinary applications.

The hybrid also features good market qualities and a long storage capability — up to six months — allowing for extended use of the harvest. Thanks to these characteristics, Ruby Boy F1 is suitable for cultivation both for fresh market supply and for industrial processing and storage.
