Table beet variety Babybeat — a mid-season hybrid with a vegetative period of about 90-110 days, developed by the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan. This versatile variety is distinguished by high uniformity and quality of its roots, which have a round shape, dark red color without white rings, and smooth skin. The leaf attachment of Babybeat is very small, which facilitates harvesting and crop management. The roots weigh on average 150-200 grams and are not prone to overgrowth, ensuring consistent product quality.

Babybeat has good storability and disease resistance, making it a reliable choice for cultivation under various climatic conditions. The recommended planting scheme is 30x60 cm with seeds sown approximately 2 cm deep. Beet is low-maintenance, well-preserves after harvest, and suitable for various uses.
