BURYA

The sugar beet hybrid «BURYA» is a medium-maturing variety with a vegetative period of 150-160 days, intended for cultivation in the Central Black Earth and North Caucasus regions. The root crop has a medium-length broad-conical shape and is easily extracted from the soil, sinking into it about three-quarters of its length. This hybrid is characterized by a healthy leaf apparatus and high drought resistance, which contributes to stable yield and product quality.

«BURYA» is characterized by high yield – up to 88 tons per hectare, with sugar content in root crops of about 17.8%, ensuring a sugar output of approximately 15.7 tons per hectare. Sucrose content varies depending on the region, reaching 18.0% in the Central Black Earth and 17.2% in the North Caucasus regions. The hybrid is distinguished by high juice purity, which is an important indicator for sugar beet processing.

One of the key features of the variety is its resistance to a number of diseases, including cercosporosis, ramularia, root rots, and rhizomanius.
