Zeppo RZ F1 table beet is an early hybrid developed by the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan, with a maturity period of 75 to 90 days. This variety is versatile and suitable for both early harvest and storage planting at later sowing dates. The root has a round shape, smooth surface, and deep red flesh without radial rings. The weight of the root ranges from 300 to 500 grams, and the diameter reaches 10-12 cm, making it convenient for processing and fresh marketing, including bunch production.

The plant features a strong root system and dense, long foliage with a small attachment area to the root. This structure ensures high resistance to drought and solar activity, as well as reduces the risk of bolting and leaf diseases. Thanks to these qualities, Zeppo RZ F1 beet adapts well to various growing conditions, especially under plastic cover and agrofiber. Regular watering, soil loosening, mulching, and fertilization contribute to increased yield, which can reach up to 7 kg per square meter.
