Description Manolo
Manolo F1 table beet is a medium-maturing hybrid developed based on the popular Pablo F1 variety. The vegetation period is 110-115 days, allowing for a high yield within relatively short timeframes. The roots have a round shape, smooth and thin skin, with a diameter ranging from 8 to 12 cm and weight from 130 to 260 g. The flesh is dark burgundy in color, free of radial light rings and veins, giving the beet an attractive appearance and excellent taste qualities. Sugar content reaches 10-11%, and dry matter content is about 11.7%, making the beet sweet and rich in flavor.

The Manolo F1 hybrid demonstrates high resistance to adverse weather conditions and diseases such as powdery mildew, bacterial spot, cercospora blight, and rust. It also shows resistance to bolting and possesses a strong leaf canopy, promoting effective photosynthesis and stable plant growth. High marketable yield — up to 98% — makes this variety especially attractive for mechanized harvesting and commercial cultivation.

Manolo F1 table beet is versatile in use: it can be consumed fresh or processed. Thanks to its long retention of nutritional and taste qualities, the harvest is suitable for fresh market sales and long-term storage. It can be used to prepare vitamin-rich juices and smoothies, expanding the culinary and food industry applications of this hybrid.
