Description Czerwona kula
Czerwona kula — this is an early-maturing table beet variety, distinguished by high yield and rapid maturation. The period from germination to harvest ranges from 80 to 105 days, allowing fresh roots to be harvested by mid-summer. The beets have round-shaped roots weighing 350 to 400 grams, facilitating easy harvesting and processing. The flesh is a deep red color without distinct rings, making this variety attractive for fresh consumption and processing.

Sowing is recommended from late April to early May, with seed depth of 2–2.5 cm and planting scheme of 6×30 cm, although spacing options up to 30–50 cm between plants and 3–5 cm between rows are possible. The roots easily emerge from the soil, simplifying harvest. The variety is characterized by stable yield, reaching 6–7 kg per square meter, as well as resistance to bolting, which improves product quality and preservation.

Czerwona kula is suitable for winter storage, expanding its use in culinary and food industries. Thanks to its juicy and firm flesh structure, this beet variety is excellent for preparing various dishes and processing. The seeds are coated, facilitating sowing and enhancing germination. The producer of this variety is Roltico from Poland, guaranteeing high-quality planting material.
