ELUNARIA is a perennial ryegrass with a loose bush form and high nutritional value, widely used as lawn grass and fodder. The bush reaches a height of up to 100 cm, has narrow, long leaves, and elongated spike-like inflorescences. Soft stems are easily eaten by animals, while dense turf suppresses weed growth, creating a favorable environment for other plants.
The grass is characterized by rapid regrowth after mowing and high resistance to trampling: it recovers quickly after mechanical damage, making it ideal for sports fields, children's play areas, and roadside sections. The root system strengthens the soil, improving its structure and enhancing water absorption, while its moisture-loving nature allows it to retain its green color even under moderate drought conditions.
ELUNARIA pairs well with other lawn grasses, such as fescue and meadow grass, providing a quick decorative effect and turf density. Thanks to its frost resistance under snow cover, the grass remains alive, and its cold-hardiness allows for use in a wide geographic zone. Combined with fertilizers, the plant demonstrates increased productivity after mowing, allowing for high-quality lawn maintenance with minimal care costs.
