LOMICKAR

The "Lomickar" variety is a perennial ryegrass with high decorative value and exceptional resilience to various climatic conditions. The grass features a bright green leaf cover that retains its rich color even during drought periods. Thanks to its strong root system and rapid regrowth after mowing, "Lomickar" quickly fills lawn areas, creating a dense and even turf.

Advantages of this variety include high tolerance to drought and trampling, as well as the ability to withstand low temperatures down to -16°C without snow cover. The grass prefers rich loamy soils but can grow successfully on various soil types, except excessively wet ones. Seedlings appear within 5–13 days after sowing, and under optimal autumn conditions, germination occurs within 5–6 days.

"Lomickar" is characterized by high productivity: green mass yield reaches 110 ц/га, dry matter – 34 ц/га. Plant height at heading is approximately 87 cm, with leaf density of 41%. The variety shows medium resistance to rust and rhynchosporium, making it suitable for both lawns in grass mixtures and forage purposes. Thanks to the combination of decorative properties, high density, and rapid growth, "Lomickar" is an excellent choice for greening roadside areas, home plots, and other open spaces.
