Description TALOVSKAYA 33
TALOVSKAYA 33 is a winter rye variety belonging to the mid-season and diploid forms. The plants reach a height of 112 to 122 cm, while the mass of 1000 grains varies within 26-41 g, indicating the presence of elongated grains. The vegetative period is about 335 days, which allows the variety to develop successfully in various climatic conditions. The variety is distinguished by good baking qualities, making it in demand for flour and bakery product production.

This variety has high winter hardiness and frost resistance, ensuring its preservation during cold periods. Lodging resistance is at the level of the standard, while drought resistance is somewhat lower than standard indicators. TALOVSKAYA 33 demonstrates average resistance to brown and stem rusts, as well as powdery mildew. However, the variety is rarely affected by these diseases but may be susceptible to root rots. Average susceptibility to snow mold is also noted.

It is recommended for cultivation in the Central, Central Black Earth, and Middle Volga regions, with particularly good yield indicators in the Belgorod region, where yields reach 40 c/ha. The variety is suitable for growing in temperate climate conditions and provides a stable yield with the correct agro-technical approach.
