Description AMURCHANKA
The "Amurchanka" raspberry variety is a summer-bearing variety with fruiting on last year's canes. The berries of this variety are large, weighing about 3.5 grams, have an obtuse conical shape and a purple color. The drupelets are of medium size and firmly attached, which ensures good fruit preservation. The ripening period is average, which allows the berries to be used for universal purposes.

The bushes of the variety are upright with medium cane-forming ability. The variety is characterized by high drought resistance and pest resistance, however, winter hardiness is average: in severe winters, frost damage is possible at temperatures below -35°C. Disease resistance is average, with slight infection by gray mold. To obtain a good harvest, it is recommended to grow "Amurchanka" in sunny places with fertile soil.

The yield of the variety is from 0.29 to 0.35 kg per square meter, which in industrial conditions corresponds to 29–35 centners per hectare. The variety was bred based on parent forms "Menshikov 1" and "Malboro" and accepted for state variety testing in 1977. Due to its characteristics and universal purpose, "Amurchanka" is an attractive choice for gardeners and farmers focused on obtaining high-quality and stable raspberry harvests.
