Raspberry Gusar

The Gussar raspberry variety is an early-ripening and high-yielding variety that is distinguished by its low maintenance requirements and resistance to adverse conditions. The bushes of this variety are medium-sized, reaching a height of up to 1.6 meters, with powerful and sprawling canes capable of withstanding significant yields without bowing. The berries have a saturated ruby color, blunt conical shape, and a glossy surface; the average fruit weight ranges from 3.5 to 5 grams. The berry flavor is balanced, sweet and sour, with a characteristic raspberry aroma.

Fruiting of the Gussar variety begins in the first decade of July and continues until the second decade of August, providing a long harvest period. The bushes demonstrate high resistance to drought, frost, and pests such as spider mites and raspberry mites, significantly reducing the need for intensive plant protection. Additionally, the variety almost does not produce suckers, which facilitates care and harvest collection.

Gussar raspberry seedlings are suitable for planting in both spring and autumn, making this variety versatile for various climatic conditions and growing regions. Thanks to the high yield of up to 3 kg of berries per bush and quality fruits, the variety is widely used both in farm enterprises and on suburban plots.
