SNOW QUEEN RADISH

Radish of the Snow Queen variety belongs to mid-season types and is suitable for growing both in open and protected ground. The maturation period is approximately 28-35 days, which allows for a harvest in spring and summer months. The leaf rosette is semi-erect, with wide-oval green leaves and petioles with weak anthocyanin coloration.

The roots of this variety have an elongated-cylindrical shape with a flat head and white color. Their length is about 4-4.5 cm, and the weight varies from 17 to 35 grams depending on growing conditions. The flesh is snow-white, juicy, and differs in a very tender, slightly pungent taste, making the radish especially attractive for fresh consumption.

The yield of the variety reaches 1.5-2.3 kg per square meter. Snow Queen Radish is recommended not only for fresh salads but also for various culinary dishes thanks to its excellent taste qualities. Sowing of seeds is carried out in April-May and July, and harvesting comes in May-June and August-September, which allows obtaining several harvests per season.
