Frenchpop

Frenchpop variety red radish is an early-maturing variety, developed as an improved version of the popular French variety "French Breakfast". The vegetation period from emergence of seedlings to technical maturity is 25-28 days. The roots are elongated-cylindrical, red-pink in color with a white tip, 6-8 cm long, and average weight of 23-35 g. The flesh is white, semi-transparent, dense, with a pleasant sweet taste and very mild spiciness, without bitterness.

This variety is recommended for cultivation both in open ground and in protected environments, including greenhouses, which allows to accelerate harvest ripening. Sowing begins in mid-spring, and for autumn harvest, planting is carried out in August. Seeds are sown at a depth of 2-3 cm into previously prepared furrows, with a spacing of about 10-15 cm between plants. For a stable yield, sowing can be repeated with intervals of one to two weeks.

Frenchpop is resistant to various diseases and adverse weather conditions, making it a reliable choice for gardeners. Thanks to its flavor qualities and rapid maturation, this radish is ideal for spring and autumn cultivation, providing fresh and tasty roots for consumption.
