Flexima

Flexima F1 cabbage is a late, high-yielding hybrid of white cabbage developed by the Dutch company Rijk Zwaan. The vegetation period is 120-130 days, allowing harvest in late season. The plant features a strong root system and high resistance to adverse weather conditions, as well as adaptability to various soil types. The hybrid is suitable for cultivation both in open and protected ground, expanding its application potential.

The heads of Flexima cabbage have a round shape, uniform structure, and tightly packed leaves, ensuring high product quality. Average head weight ranges from 1.2 to 3.5 kg, with a dark green outer leaf featuring a prominent waxy coating and wavy edges. The plant has a short stem and a tall stalk, facilitating mechanized harvesting. The hybrid boasts high commercial yield potential up to 750 centners per hectare and a commercial output of up to 92%, making it profitable for commercial cultivation.

Flexima cabbage is intended for fresh market and processing, including culinary use and pickling. The heads have excellent flavor, good storability, and can retain their properties for 4-6 months of storage. The hybrid is resistant to fusarium, does not crack, and has excellent transportability, ensuring product integrity during transport and long-term storage.
