Early-maturing variety of large-fruited, all-season radish — first harvest (under optimal growing conditions) in 20-22 days after emergence. Tolerates low temperatures, making it ideal for early spring and late autumn cultivation in plastic greenhouses. Compact, small leaves allow for maximum planting density compared to other varieties (about 300 plants per unit area). Roots are deep red, uniform in size, round, up to 4 cm in diameter, weighing 20-25 g, with thin and short taproots, and excellent snow-white flesh quality. For larger fruits, harvest period can be significantly extended without risk of hollowing; does not hollow when left in the ground.
Sora retains its market quality for a long time, even after being harvested and washed, and withstands long-distance transportation well. Bundled heads have excellent market appearance. Due to heat resistance, it does not bolt during summer cultivation.
