White Breakfast

White Breakfast — an early-maturing radish variety, distinguished by its short vegetation period from germination to technical maturity, which is 23-25 days. The roots have an elongated-cylindrical shape with a blunt tip and a snow-white color, weighing about 20-25 grams. The flesh is white, very dense, juicy, crunchy, and tender, with a pleasant spicy flavor that combines spiciness and mildness. This variety is an analogue of the famous French variety "French Breakfast" and is characterized by prolonged freshness retention of the flesh without loss of quality.

White Breakfast is well adapted for cultivation in open ground and under film coverings. The plant is cold-resistant: seeds begin to germinate at a temperature of 2-4°C, and young seedlings can withstand frosts down to -2-3°C. The optimal temperature for growth is 12-15°C until root formation begins, and 16-22°C during root development. At higher temperatures, the roots may become coarse and acquire a sharp taste. This radish variety is very demanding in terms of light and does not tolerate shade, as well as requires increased air and soil humidity. Seeds are recommended to be sown at a depth of about 2 cm.

The variety is intended for early harvests in spring and late autumn, allowing enjoyment of fresh and tasty roots throughout different seasons.
