MIZINCHIK

Radish of the Mizinchik variety is an early-maturing vegetable with elongated cylindrical root crops of two-tone coloring — pink with a white tip. The mass of one root crop ranges from 12 to 20 grams, and the head has a convex shape. The flesh is white, dense, juicy, and crisp, with a pleasant, moderately spicy taste that becomes sweeter in autumn harvests. This variety is distinguished by excellent market appearance and high content of vitamins and beneficial substances.

The main radish crop of the Mizinchik variety forms within 20-25 days after germination, while selective harvesting of the first root crops is possible as early as 15 days. The yield ranges from 1.3 to 1.8 kg per square meter. To obtain a continuous crop, seeds are recommended to be sown several times per season with an interval of 15-20 days. Young leaves of the spring crop are also suitable for use in salads and okroshka.

The Mizinchik variety is suitable for growing in various conditions and can be used as a companion crop on cabbage, cucumber, and tomato plantings, as well as a second crop after harvesting early vegetables. Radish tolerates long-distance transport well, maintains freshness for a long time, does not become tough or crack, which makes it convenient for storage and marketing.
