With a root weight of 20–25 grams, Hazera breeders have achieved a firm, crisp texture that resists hardening even during minor fluctuations in soil moisture. Adaptability and Disease Resistance

The protection system of Prelito is built on high resistance to key pathogens that limit yields during the spring and autumn growing seasons:

• Rhizoctonia: Genetic resistance allows for sowing in conditions of moderate moisture without the risk of widespread root zone damage.
• Rots: The dense skin serves as a primary barrier, minimizing losses during storage and transportation.
