Polissia Jubilee

Potato variety Polissia Jubilee is a mid-late and high-yielding variety, characterized by large round-oval tubers with creamy flesh and white skin. The tubers have good storability and are compactly arranged in the root crop. The flesh of this variety has moderate starch content of about 16-18%, which provides a slightly firm texture suitable for various culinary purposes. The plant externally features white flowering, tall and upright stems with dark-green medium-sized leaves. Polissia Jubilee is distinguished by its resistance to sprouting of tuber eyes during harvest, which facilitates storage and transportation. The variety shows resistance to phytophthora, but is weakly resistant to late blight. It is well adapted to cultivation on chernozem and loamy soils, contributing to stable yields. Under modern agronomic practices aimed at developing a strong and deep root system, the yield of this variety can reach over 1200 kg per hundred square meters, even without irrigation and during prolonged drought.
