Vesta potato is an early-maturing table variety, maturing in 65-70 days. The tubers of this variety have a large round shape and a smooth white skin, with individual tuber weight ranging from 107 to 290 grams. The flesh is white, with starch content of 15.3-16.1%, giving it a medium-cooking texture and very pleasant taste when prepared.

The Vesta variety is characterized by high yield, reaching 270 to 560 centners per hectare, making it attractive for agricultural production. It is well adapted to cultivation on chernozem soils and can withstand various climatic conditions, including drought. The tuber eyes are of medium depth, facilitating handling and planting.

Moreover, Vesta potato has moderate resistance to major diseases such as late blight of tubers and leaves, scab, and mechanical damage. These qualities make the variety reliable and convenient for both farmers and gardeners, ensuring a stable and high-quality harvest.
