Marketable tuber mass varies from 93 to 128 grams, starch content ranges from 14.1 to 18.1%, providing good taste and versatility in culinary applications, including boiling, frying, baking, and making puree.

The Polonieze variety has high and stable yield: marketable yield ranges from 187 to 234 centners per hectare, with maximum values reaching 293 centners per hectare, significantly exceeding the standards of many other varieties. Tubers have a marketability of 89-95%, and storability reaches 89%, indicating good product preservation during storage.

The variety is resistant to several diseases, including potato cancer, mosaic, and leaf curling. According to the breeder, Polonieze is resistant to potato late blight on tubers and has moderate resistance on leaves. However, the variety is susceptible to golden potato cyst nematode. These characteristics make Polonieze a reliable choice for farmers seeking high-quality, high-yield potatoes with good consumer properties.
