Due to its low content of reducing sugars, high starch content (16% and above), and weak tendency to discolor after cooking, it is an excellent raw material for producing chips and dried potatoes. It has a pleasant taste. Uniform germination, rapid leaf closure in rows, medium-strength leaf development. The Bonus variety plant is semi-upright, intermediate type. Flowers are white and very sparse. Storage quality — very good, storage period is medium to long.
