MISS KHABAROVSK

The Miss Khabarovsk plum is a medium-sized tree with a pyramidal crown shape and medium density, making it convenient for cultivation in small garden plots. The tree is highly winter-hardy, capable of withstanding temperatures down to -39.9 degrees, which is especially important for Far East conditions. Fruiting occurs mainly on bouquet shoots, and flowering starts later than usual, which is related to the region's cold winters, but this ensures the formation of a good harvest.

Fruits of this variety are large, with an average mass of about 54.5–65 grams, and a maximum of 82 grams. They have a round shape and an attractive color: green with a dark red marbled pattern. The flesh is yellow, juicy, and fibrous, with a pleasant taste that has a light taste of D'Anjou pear. The stone is fused to the flesh, which should be taken into account when consuming. The taste of the fruits is rated as average, while the flesh is not watery, making them universal for various methods of use.

The variety is characterized by good resistance to diseases, including slight infection by moniliosis and polystigmosis. The yield is high—about 109.6 centners per hectare. The fruits ripen earlier than many other varieties, while they are moderately resistant to rotting and are not strongly affected by worms. All these characteristics make the Miss Khabarovsk plum an excellent choice for cultivation in Primorsky Krai and Khabarovsk conditions, ensuring a stable and quality harvest.
