Zador F1 Pepper — an early-maturing hybrid of sweet pepper, characterized by abundant fruiting and synchronized ripening of fruits. The plant is semi-branching, medium-height, reaching 60-70 cm in height, with fruits positioned under the foliage, which effectively protects them from sunburn. The ripening period is approximately 100-110 days, allowing for a quick harvest.
The fruits of the Zador pepper have a shortened-conical shape with a blunt tip, three-celled, weighing from 160 to 200 grams, up to 10-12 cm in length and 6-8 cm in diameter. The fruit wall thickness is 5-6 mm. Immature fruits are light green, and upon ripening, they turn bright red. The flesh is juicy, sweet, and has excellent taste, making this variety versatile for fresh consumption, home cooking, canning, processing, and freezing.
The hybrid is distinguished by high yield — from 5.5 to 6.7 kg per square meter. It is resistant to diseases and well-adapted to various climatic conditions, allowing cultivation both in open ground and under plastic film. Zador pepper is ideal for making salads, vegetable dishes, and as an ingredient in various culinary recipes.
