Description CHRYSALIT
Chrysalt pepper — an early maturing hybrid variety, ripening in 105-110 days after planting. Plants are compact, bushy, semi-spreading, making cultivation convenient both in open and protected ground. The hybrid is characterized by stable and high yield, reaching 12.2-12.6 kg per square meter at the recommended planting density of about 4 plants per meter.

The fruits of Chrysalt pepper are large, conical, 10-12 cm long, weighing from 131 to 160 grams. In technical ripeness, they are light green, and in biological ripeness — deep red. Thick-walled (up to 6 mm), with tender, juicy, and sweet flesh, the fruits have a delicate spicy aroma and excellent taste qualities. High vitamin C content makes this pepper not only delicious but also beneficial.

The Chrysalt hybrid exhibits high resistance to diseases, including tobacco mosaic virus, contributing to stable yield and reducing the need for treatments. Due to its characteristics, this variety is ideal for fresh consumption, canning, and use in various culinary recipes.
