Pepper JAR-PHANTOM

Reliable Yields in Any Environment

The «Zhar-Ptitsa» (Firebird) variety is designed for growers who prioritize consistency. Its key strength is its plasticity: this pepper reliably develops fruits weighing 200-250 grams in both open field conditions and greenhouse environments. For an agronomist, this means predictable results when planning production schedules.

Technical Specifications and Field Application

• Maturity: Reaching harvest stage in 75-80 days, it allows for efficient crop rotation and market entry.
• Marketable Quality: The blocky shape and vibrant red color make this variety highly attractive for retail. With a wall thickness of 7-8 mm, the peppers exhibit excellent shelf life and durability during long-distance transportation.
• Economic Value: The thick flesh makes this pepper ideal for fresh market sales, frozen food production, and industrial processing. It maintains its structural integrity even under demanding commercial logistics.

Breeders Vladimir Dederko and Tatyana Postnikova focused on balancing fruit mass with early maturity. This reduces waiting time without compromising quality standards. In field practice, «Zhar-Ptitsa» demonstrates resilience against common environmental stressors, allowing for optimized plant protection costs. It is a robust option for intensive vegetable production where both quantity and quality of output are required.
