Sinatra

Sinatra F1 is a medium-early hybrid of sweet pepper of the Lamuyo type, primarily intended for cultivation in greenhouses, although open-field cultivation is also possible. The plant is tall, reaching up to 160 cm, and is characterized by high yield and resistance to stress conditions. The ripening period is 70-75 days, allowing for harvest within a relatively short timeframe.

The fruits of the Sinatra pepper have a uniform cube-like shape, measuring 14-15 cm in length and 7-9 cm in diameter, with a wall thickness of about 7 mm. The average fruit weight ranges from 320 to 380 grams. In technical ripeness, the fruits are a deep green color, which changes to bright red upon full ripening. This coloration and shape make the pepper attractive for fresh market sales and ensure prolonged shelf life.

The hybrid is distinguished by excellent taste qualities and retains its nutritional value even after heat treatment. Moreover, the Sinatra pepper is resistant to common viral diseases such as pepper mottle virus, potato Y virus, and tobacco mosaic virus, enhancing the reliability and stability of the harvest.
