Viking pepper fruits have a cylindrical or prismatic shape with a smooth, shiny skin. In technical maturity, they are green, and after 20 days, they turn into a deep red hue. The average fruit weight is 80-120 grams, with a wall thickness of 4-5 mm. The flesh is dense, juicy, crisp, and has a pleasant taste, with 3-4 seed chambers inside. The yield of this variety reaches up to 8 kg per square meter, equivalent to 251-342 centners per hectare. Viking pepper is versatile in use: it is excellent for fresh consumption, salad preparation, home cooking, and canning. Due to its dense, juicy flesh and resistance to damage, this variety is convenient for processing and storage.
