Pepper DAR CASPIA

The "DAR CASPIA" pepper variety is a mid-season, universal type suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant is bushy, semi-spreading, low-branched, reaching a height of 60-80 cm. Fruits are oriented upwards, prism-shaped, with a smooth and glossy surface. In technical maturity, they are dark green, and in biological maturity — dark red, weighing 84–120 grams and with a wall thickness of 6–8 mm. Fruits are juicy, highly aromatic, and free of bitterness. The variety is characterized by high yield, reaching 7–8 kg per square meter, and stable fruiting. The recommended seed sowing rate is 3–4 grams per square meter, sowing is conducted from March to April, and harvest can be collected from May to October. The "DAR CASPIA" pepper is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus and has relative resistance to verticillium, ensuring reliable cultivation and reducing the risk of yield losses. High fruit marketability and suitability for long-term transportation make this variety popular for both fresh consumption and culinary processing. Due to the juiciness and aroma of the fruits, "DAR CASPIA" pepper is ideal for various dishes, imparting rich flavor and attractive appearance.
