Description Violetta
The VIOLETTA pepper variety is a mid-early hybrid type suitable for cultivation both in open ground and under plastic coverings. The plant is semi-branching, medium-height, reaching 55-60 cm. Fruit set occurs 97-100 days after sowing, allowing for relatively early harvest. Seeds are sown from March to May at a depth of 2-4 cm, with spacing of 50x50 cm.

The fruits of VIOLETTA pepper are large, weighing 80-120 grams, with prism-shaped or cylindrical form and smooth surface. In technical ripeness, they are dark purple, turning dark red in biological ripeness. Fruit wall thickness is 5-6 mm, with flesh free of bitterness and excellent flavor, making this variety versatile in use.

The variety is characterized by high productivity, yielding 5.8 to 8 kg per square meter, as well as disease resistance. Thanks to its excellent technological properties and ability to withstand long-distance transport, VIOLETTA pepper is suitable for both fresh consumption and processing. Its versatility allows the fruits to be used in various culinary applications.
