Pepper Victoria

Sweet pepper variety Victoria is a medium-maturing and cold-resistant hybrid successfully grown both in open and protected ground. The plant is characterized by its low stature, strong and highly branched structure with a powerful root system, ensuring its resilience and high productivity. Plants reach a height of about 60 cm, do not require staking, but for increased yield, pinching and removal of lower leaves are recommended. The variety is resistant to major diseases, including black rot and verticillium wilt, and tolerates temperature stress well. Victoria pepper fruits have a conical shape, length of 10-12 cm and diameter of 6-7 cm, with wall thickness of 5-6 mm. Fruit weight varies from 80 to 250 grams, making them sufficiently large and attractive to consumers. At technical maturity, fruits are green, and at biological maturity, they turn dark red, become juicy and sweet, and have a pleasant aroma. Due to their dense skin, fruits are well-suited for transportation and maintain their market appearance during storage. Victoria variety is characterized by high yield and versatility.
