Vitalica F1 pepper is a hybrid variety of bell pepper with very large fruits, suitable for cultivation in open ground as well as greenhouses to achieve earlier harvests. The plant features strong but compact growth with vertical support and abundant foliage that protects the fruits from sunburn. A robust root system promotes rapid development and balanced plant growth. The hybrid has a slightly vegetative growth type, tolerates stressful conditions well, and ensures good fruit set with subsequent high yields. Vitalica fruits have a smooth surface with 2 or 3 lobes, 6–7 cm wide at the top and 20–25 cm long. The hybrid is resistant to several pathogens, including Tobacco Mosaic Virus (Tm 0-2), Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus (TSWV), Potato Virus Y (PVY 0,1), and Bacterial Blight (XCV 1-3).
