Gialte

Gialte — high-yielding hybrid of yellow block-shaped pepper, distinguished by large, dense, and thick-walled fruits. This variety is characterized by stable fruit quality and size throughout the entire growing period, ensuring high yield of standard produce. The fruits exhibit resistance to micro-cracking, making them especially suitable for long-term transportation and storage.

Gialte plants are semi-determinate with limited branching, significantly simplifying care and reducing suckering costs. The plants are upright, reaching a height of about 80-100 cm, which is convenient for cultivation and harvest. The fruits have a long cylindrical shape, measuring 15-17 by 6-8 cm, and weigh over 300 grams. In technical maturity, they are emerald-green, and in biological maturity, they are rich, bright golden-yellow, giving them an attractive appearance.

The flesh of Gialte peppers is crisp, tender, and juicy with a pleasant sweet taste and aroma. The fruits are versatile in use: suitable for fresh consumption, various culinary dishes, and processing. They retain their juicy yellow color during thermal processing. The variety is distinguished by high yield — up to 8 kg of marketable fruits per square meter — and resistance to major diseases, making it a reliable choice for cultivation in protected soil.
