Smile

Smile — a high-yielding, early-maturing variety; from germination to technical maturity — 110-118 days, to biological maturity — 148-155 days. The plant is semi-determinate, medium-height, upright, reaching 70-100 cm. Fruits are attractive, heavy, downward-curving, conical, 3-chambered, weighing 180-250 g, measuring 13-16×7-7.5 cm; pericarp thickness — 6-7 mm. Fruits are green at technical maturity and red at biological maturity. The variety is characterized by synchronized and consistent fruiting, good fruit load per plant (20-27 fruits), stable yield, and moderate resistance to adverse environmental factors. The plant is decorative; fruits have high taste quality, suitable for consumption even at early stages of fruit development. Resistant to tobacco mosaic virus. Intended for cultivation in spring, unheated and heated greenhouses. Planting density — 3-5 plants/m2. Plants form 2-3 shoots with support.
