Vegetable Pea Vivat

Sugar vegetable pea variety Vivat is a mid-early variety with a period from full emergence to the start of pod harvesting of 75-80 days. Plants reach a height of 140-150 cm and require support for proper growth. Pods have a sickle-shaped form with an acute apex, 13-15 cm in length, green in color, and contain 7-9 peas. Seeds are large, meal-type, characterized by an increased sugar content, which gives them a tender and sweet taste, especially noticeable in canned form.

Pod walls are thick and fleshy, without a parchment layer, making them particularly attractive for use in fresh form, as well as in cooking, for canning and freezing. This variety is an exclusive selection of the "Euro-seed" company, which guarantees high quality and yield stability.

Unlike other pea varieties, Vivat has a high yield potential and is suitable for cultivation in various regions. Thanks to its characteristics, it is excellent for diverse methods of application, including fresh consumption and industrial processing, making it a universal choice for vegetable growers and manufacturers.
