Sugar vegetable pea variety Vivat is a mid-early variety with a period from full emergence to the start of pod harvesting of 75-80 days. Plants reach a height of 140-150 cm and require support for proper growth. Pods have a sickle-shaped form with an acute apex, 13-15 cm in length, green in color, and contain 7-9 peas. Seeds are large, meal-type, characterized by an increased sugar content, which gives them a tender and sweet taste, especially noticeable in canned form.
