Sapphire F1 pepper is a high-quality hybrid of sweet pepper, distinguished by large, juicy, and attractive fruits. Sowing seeds is recommended at the end of February or beginning of March, with an optimal germination temperature of +25…+27°С. Seeds are planted at a depth of about 1–1.5 cm, and transplanting to open ground occurs after the threat of late frosts has passed and soil temperature has reached +15°С and above, usually late May to early June. Prior to transplanting, seedlings should be hardened off for better adaptation to new conditions. The fruits of the Sapphire pepper have a horizontal, prismatic shape with moderate gloss and weigh approximately 150–200 g. Initially green, they turn fiery-orange and finally become bright red. Wall thickness reaches 6–8 mm, ensuring fruit juiciness and crispness. Each fruit contains 3–4 chambers, further emphasizing its high quality and appeal to consumers. The variety’s yield is impressive: under proper care and favorable climatic conditions, up to 8–10 kg of fruit can be harvested per square meter. For optimal growth and fruiting, plants require regular feeding and watering. Sapphire F1 is suitable for both personal and commercial cultivation due to its high productivity and excellent taste qualities.
