FOUR SEASONS

The broccoli variety Four Seasons is a mid-early variety that matures 50-60 days after transplanting. This variety is distinguished by its ability to grow throughout the entire warm period—from spring to autumn—as well as its capability to overwinter in greenhouses or basements. The plant forms round or slightly elliptical heads weighing from 1.5 to 2.2 kg, covered with dense dark-green leaves that reliably protect the head from sunlight and temperature fluctuations. This leaf structure creates a natural greenhouse effect, allowing to maintain the snow-white color and high quality of the fruits even during the autumn period.

The fruits of the Four Seasons variety have a dense, crisp texture with a pronounced vegetable juice and freshness. The taste of the broccoli is delicate, moderately sweet, which is preserved with various cooking methods. This variety is universal in use: it is excellent for fresh consumption, preparing summer salads, as well as for freezing, stewing, and canning. Thanks to good storage in the refrigerator and after freezing, the harvest can be used year-round.

Growing broccoli Four Seasons is possible in open ground and hotbeds, starting from early spring and until autumn. Harvesting is carried out from July to October, which allows to obtain fresh vegetables for a long period.
