REGOR

Regor is an early-maturing hybrid of sweet pepper, ripening in 95-110 days from germination. The plant is semi-spreading and medium-height, making it convenient to grow both in greenhouses and outdoors. The fruits have a trapezoidal shape with attractive proportions and a glossy, deep-red surface at biological maturity, and greenish-white or bright orange at technical maturity. Fruit weight ranges from 140 to 160 grams, making them suitable for various culinary uses, including stuffing.

Fruit wall thickness varies from 6.5 to 7.5 mm, providing juicy, pleasant texture with pronounced sweet flavor without grittiness. Regor pepper exhibits good storability and transportability, ensuring fruit quality during transport and storage. For sowing, only germinated seeds should be used, which germinate within 10-15 days at a temperature of 25-28°C. Optimal planting density is 3.5-5 plants per square meter, with row spacing of 60-70 cm and plant spacing within rows of 30-35 cm.

The hybrid shows high resistance to major diseases and pests, including tobacco mosaic virus, common cucumber mosaic disease, and tolerance to phytophthora. Yield ranges from 6.0 kg/m² in open ground to 8.5 kg/m² in protected cultivation, making it attractive for commercial production.
