RED SIDE

Red Side is an early, high-yielding sweet pepper variety that starts fruiting 100-105 days after emergence. The plant forms a strong bush up to 150 cm tall, ensuring abundant harvests of large fruits. Peppers have a cube-shaped form, with a fruit diameter of 8-10 cm and a weight ranging from 200 to 250 grams. The thick, fleshy walls of the fruit reach 6-7 mm, making them juicy and attractive for various uses.

The fruits of the Red Side variety change color as they ripen: immature peppers are dark green, while ripe ones develop a bright, saturated red hue. The variety is resistant to major pepper diseases, simplifying care and increasing yield reliability. Thanks to these qualities, this pepper is suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in greenhouses.

The variety is grown using seedlings. Seedlings are thinned at the stage of 1-2 true leaves, promoting strong plant development. After transplanting into greenhouses, it is recommended to remove side shoots and leaves up to the first fork, and to tie the plants to supports to ensure proper growth and development. Red Side pepper is versatile in use: it can be eaten fresh, used for stuffing, freezing, and canning.
