Description Lido
LIDO Pepper — an early-maturing sweet variety with high yield, suitable for cultivation both in greenhouses and open ground. The plant reaches a height of about 60 cm and has an indeterminate growth type. Fruits are elongated trapezoidal or prism-shaped, large, weighing 200 to 320 grams. In technical maturity, they are dark green, and in biological maturity — rich burgundy-cherry or dark red shade.

The variety is resistant to tobacco mosaic virus and tolerant to bronze virus, ensuring stable yields and high fruit quality. Fruit ripening occurs 95-100 days after germination, making it suitable for various climatic conditions. Recommended planting conditions include row spacing of 60-70 cm and 35-40 cm within rows, promoting optimal plant development.

LIDO Pepper is widely used in cooking due to its sweet taste and attractive appearance. It is excellent for fresh consumption as well as for canning and whole-fruit preservation. This versatile product will be an excellent addition to salads, steaks, and other dishes, imparting rich flavor and aroma.
