Pepper CUBOVICH

Growing Practice: Kubovich Pepper

The "Kubovich" pepper from the "Vashe Hozyaystvo" brand is designed for growers who prioritize consistent produce quality and reliable yields. Its genetic profile allows it to fit seamlessly into systematic crop production. With a maturation period of 100–110 days, it is suitable for scheduling harvests across various environments, including plastic tunnels, glass greenhouses, and open fields, provided proper agricultural practices are followed.

Production Value

• Stable Morphology: The four-lobed blocky (cuboid) shape is the industry standard for retail. Kubovich is predictable in sizing and packaging, which streamlines logistics and significantly reduces post-harvest handling losses.
• Ripening Dynamics: The transition from dark green (technical maturity) to bright red (biological maturity) is steady, allowing agronomists to fine-tune harvest timing based on market price fluctuations.
• Environmental Adaptability: The variety demonstrates excellent flexibility, reaching its full fruit weight potential in protected cultivation while maintaining the necessary stress resistance required for open-field conditions.

This variety is the optimal choice for operations supplying retail chains or produce markets where consumers demand high-gloss, vibrant fruits with thick walls and superior flavor profiles once biologically ripe. It serves as a reliable solution for producers looking to maintain consistent supply cycles.
